Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Please note that our fulfillment centers do not process or ship orders on weekends or major global holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow the following timeframes for delivery:

• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

• United States: 6–12 business days

• Canada: 6–12 business days

• Australia: 6–12 business days

• New Zealand: 6–12 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. External factors such as customs processing, local postal delays, or severe weather conditions may occasionally impact actual delivery dates.

Order Tracking As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

International Customs, Duties, and Taxes For our international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local government once the shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are not included in our free shipping offer and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
